No. Fulkrum is not a medical treatment or therapy. It does not diagnose, treat, or correct medical conditions. Fulkrum provides educational guidance and developmental supports to help parents better understand and support their baby's development. When medical concerns arise, parents should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Fulkrum is for parents and caregivers of newborns and young infants who want to support early development more intentionally. It is especially relevant during the first months of life, when movement, posture, and interaction play a central role in how development organizes. Fulkrum does not replace individualized medical or therapeutic care.
Fulkrum is designed to integrate into everyday moments such as holding, positioning, play, rest, and interaction. Yes. Fulkrum is designed to be used from the very first weeks of life. All guidance respects the baby's comfort, rhythm, and responses. Nothing is forced, and parents are encouraged to adapt everything to their baby's individual needs. Fulkrum avoids rigid routines and aggressive techniques.

The first shipment goes out in July for Malaysia and Singapore, and in August for the United Kingdom and Europe. Shipping is free to most areas. A small number of remote locations carry a surcharge, shown at checkout before you pay.

The Core is not currently available in the United States. More countries are coming. If yours is not on the list yet, leave us your email and we will let you know as soon as we can ship to you.
You have 14 days from delivery to return The Core unused and in its original packaging. The Core ships vacuum-packed with a hygiene seal. For health and hygiene reasons, once that seal is broken the product cannot be returned. You can inspect the outer packaging and read everything about the product before you open it. The Core is independently lab tested to European chemical and product safety standards, including REACH, and declared in conformity with European Union and United Kingdom product safety regulations. Full safety documentation is available on request. The Core is designed for awake, supervised use only on a flat, stable surface. It is not a sleep product.
Because most of the techniques Nicolas teaches require two. Paired support during positioning, mirrored angles for stretching, a second point of contact during massage. A single pillow gets you partway. Two give you the full range of what the method is designed to do.
The Core is sized for your baby from birth to nine months. Daily use is most concentrated in the early months, when most of Nicolas's foundational work happens. Some babies finish using it earlier, others continue longer. Both are normal.

Many families continue using the kit into months seven, eight and nine for stretching and movement support as the baby develops. Every baby develops at their own pace, and The Core is sized to stay useful across that range.
No. The Core is for supervised tummy time, positioning, stretching and massage. It is not a sleep product, and babies should not be left unattended on or around the kit. The labels on every component carry the same guidance.
Every Core comes with a complete video library. Nicolas walks you through every position, every stretch, and every massage sequence the system was designed for. Your account is created at checkout and the library opens straight away, so you can watch before your Core arrives. A printed user manual comes in the box.
Your access does not expire. The library stays in your Fulkrum account for as long as you have it, and new exercises are added as the program grows.
No. Every Core comes with free access to your Fulkrum account, where your video library sits, along with care guides and support from our team. You do not need a paid membership to use The Core or follow the videos. Many parents who buy The Core go on to join Fulkrum Academy for deeper clinical content and stage-by-stage guidance. It is not required.
The pillow covers unzip and are machine washable on a cold gentle cycle. The memory foam inserts inside the pillows can be hand washed if needed. The mat is machine washable on a cold gentle cycle.
